We take our responsibility for training professionals seriously.

CFM staff and instructors draw on perspectives and experiences from a wide range of backgrounds including current and prior roles in private EMS, acute hospital care, flight medicine, critical care, military, and fire department organizations.

Beyond their clinical expertise, our instructors are seasoned educators with extensive experience employing the variety of learning techniques and resources employed at CFM.

What really sets our instructors apart is a genuine commitment to student success. Beyond the classroom, CFM instructors are on hand and dedicate time and attention to individual students regularly outside scheduled training to ensure each student has the focused support, remediation, and mentoring he or she needs.
